Returns and Exchanges:

  • How do I initiate a return or exchange? Please email us at info@nightjackaldistillery.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, name, and address, product details, and reason for return.

  • What items are eligible for returns? The item must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • When will I receive my refund? Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s), and it may take up to 10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Cancellations and Changes:

  • How do I cancel my order? If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed? No, unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct products before completing your purchase.

Wrong Items:

  • What should I do if I receive the wrong order? If you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a courier collection and send you the correct item(s) as soon as possible.

Delivery:

  • Where do you deliver to? We currently only offer shipping within the borders of South Africa.

  • How long will does my delivery take? Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the purchase date. However, deliveries to outlying areas may take up to 10 working days.

  • How much is the delivery fee? We provide complimentary delivery for orders exceeding R700. For orders below R700, a delivery fee of R95 applies.

  • Can I track my order? Yes, once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking number.

  • Can I choose a specific delivery date or time? We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time. If you require your order to be delivered on a specific day or time, we recommend contacting the courier service directly with your tracking number to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

  • Can I change the delivery address once the order has been processed? No, please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order as we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed.
