What makes your spirits unique?
Our spirits are crafted in small batches using premium ingredients and time-honoured techniques to ensure exceptional flavour and quality.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We ship across South Africa. Free shipping is available for orders over R1000, and a flat rate of R95 applies for orders under R1000.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days. Deliveries to outlying areas may take up to 8 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. For full details, visit our Returns & Refunds page.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available for eligible returns and are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, many of our spirits are vegan-friendly and gluten-free. Check individual product details for specific information.
How should I store my spirits?
To preserve flavor, store your spirits in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, ensure the cap is tightly sealed.
5. Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and EFT. All transactions are secure.
Can I cancel my order?

Do you sell to customers under 18?
No, we strictly adhere to South African legal requirements. All customers must verify that they are over 18 before purchasing.
