At Night Jackal Distillery, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered promptly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process to help you plan your purchase with confidence
Delivery Location
• We currently ship only within South Africa.
• We do not offer international shipping at this time
Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Shipping Options
• Free Shipping: Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.
• Standard Delivery Fee: A R95 delivery fee applies to orders under R1000.
• Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. To avoid delays, please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel between 9 AM and 5 PM
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
• Use this tracking number to trace your parcel online or contact the courier service directly for updates
Delivery Time
• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days of purchase.
• Outlying Areas: Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take up to 8 working days
Delivery Date and Time
• Specific Delivery Requests: While we strive for timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
• If you require delivery on a specific day or time, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking number to make arrangements
Delivery Address
• Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.
• Address Changes: Once your order has been processed, we are unable to change the delivery address
Important Notes
• Ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery during the specified hours.
• If your order is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or no one being available to sign, additional fees may apply for redelivery
