We currently only offer shipping within the borders of South Africa.
Order Processing Time
Once your order has been placed, our fulfilment team will process and prepare it for shipping within 2 working days for "Our Products", all other products can take 2 to 5 working days for shipping as not all items are in stock items. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience a delay.
Shipping Options
We provide complimentary delivery for orders exceeding R700. For orders totaling less than R700, a delivery charge of R95 applies. All orders necessitate a signature upon delivery. We recommend furnishing a daytime delivery address where someone will be present to sign between 9 am and 5 pm. We regret to inform you that our threshold for free delivery is relatively high, as we strive to maintain our prices at an affordable level. Our intention is to strike a balance between offering competitive prices and providing complimentary delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking number. You can use this tracking number to trace your parcel online through the courier service or by contacting the courier directly.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the purchase date. However, deliveries to outlying areas may take up to 10 working days.
Delivery Date and Time
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time. If you require your order to be delivered on a specific day or time, we recommend contacting the courier service directly with your tracking number to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order as we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed.

Returns
At Night Jackal Distillery, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@nightjackaldistillery.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, your name and address, details of the product, and the reason for the return in your email.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after this time as they will have already been processed for shipping.
Changing Orders
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct products before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue a refund.
Wrong Orders
If you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a courier collection and send you the correct item(s) as soon as possible.
Returns Process
To return an item, it must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. The postage of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser and is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Please note that returns and exchanges apply only to purchases made from the Night Jackal Distillery website and do not apply to items purchased at any retail location or from our stockists.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
