🍹 Ingredients:

• 50ml Damask Double Berry Gin 🍒🍓

• 15ml Lekka Lime Juice 🍋‍🟩

• 15ml Canadou Sugar Syrup 🍯

• 4 fresh strawberries, hulled 🍓

• 6 fresh cherries, pitted 🍒

• 200ml Fitch & Leedes soda water or Fitch & Leedes tonic water 💧

• Ice cubes ❄️

• Strawberry slice & cherry for garnish 🍓🍒

• Lekka Lime Juice

• Canadou Sugar Syrup

 

🥄 Instructions:

1️⃣ In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh strawberries and cherries to release their juices. 🍓🍒

2️⃣ Add 50ml Damask Double Berry Gin, 15ml Lekka Lime Juice, and 15ml simple syrup. 🍋🍯

3️⃣ Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for 10-15 seconds. ❄️🍸

5️⃣ Top up with 200ml Fitch & Leedes soda water or Fitch & Leedes tonic water for a fizzy finish. 💧
