🍹 Ingredients:

• 50ml Damask Bubblegum Gin 💜

• 25ml Lekka Lime Juice 🍋‍🟩

• 20ml Canadou Sugar Syrup 🍯

• 4-5 fresh raspberries or blackberries 🍓🫐

• 100ml Fitch & Leedes soda water or Fitch & Leedes tonic water 💧

• Ice cubes ❄️

• Lime wheel & berry skewer for garnish 🍋🍓

🥄 Instructions:

1️⃣ In a shaker, muddle the fresh raspberries or blackberries with simple syrup to release their juices. 🍓🍯

2️⃣ Add 50ml Damask Bubblegum Gin 💜 and 25ml Lekka Lime Juice 🍋‍🟩.

3️⃣ Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. ❄️🍸

4️⃣ Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. 🥃

5️⃣ Top up with Fitch & Leedes soda water or Fitch & Leedes tonic water for a fizzy finish. 💧
