🍹 Ingredients:

• 50ml Damask Floral Pink Gin 🌸

• 15ml Lekka Lemon Juice 🍋

• 15ml strawberry syrup (or muddled fresh strawberries with simple syrup) 🍓

• 100ml Fitch & Leedes soda water (or Fitch & Leedes tonic for a slightly bitter contrast) 💧

• Ice cubes ❄️

• Fresh strawberries & edible rose petals for garnish 🍓🌹

 

🛒 Shop Ingredients:

• Damask Floral Pink Gin

• Lekka Lemon Juice

• Beverage Chefs Elderflower Syrup

 

🥄 Instructions:

1️⃣ In a shaker, muddle 2-3 fresh strawberries with strawberry syrup & Lekka Lemon Juice. 🍓🍋

2️⃣ Add 50ml Damask Floral Pink Gin and ice cubes, then shake well. ❄️🌸

3️⃣ Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. 🍹

4️⃣ Top with 100ml Fitch & Leedes soda water for a light version, or Fitch & Leedes tonic for a more botanical twist. 💧
